On February 11, 2026, the XI ESP Service LLC Competition for Young Employees and Specialists for the Best Scientific and Technical Development was held in Kogalym.
The competition brought together representatives of ESP Service LLC from Usinsk, Nurlat, Kogalym, Langepas, Pokachi, Urai and Perm.
Students from the Kogalym Polytechnic College and the Kogalym Branch of the Perm National Research Polytechnic University attended the event as guests.
The winners of the competition were:
- First Place — Vyacheslav Andreevich Epov, Usinsk.
Project: "Manufacturing of B-46-4 Cable Joint for AKIFBK and KIFBK Cable Lines" - Second Place — Ruzal Kamilevich Safargaliev, Nurlat.
Project: "Improvement of Existing Surface and Submersible Electrical Equipment Range for Detection of Short Circuits in the Submersible Part of ESP Systems" - Third Place — Kirill Alexandrovich Podoynikov, Kogalym.
Project: "Modification of Cable Termination Device for Well Heating Cable"
Special monetary awards for creative and innovative ideas were presented to:
- Alexey Dmitrievich Chuvakorzin, Usinsk — "Modernization of the ESP Disassembly Stand through the Introduction of Electrodynamic Braking"
- Anton Sergeevich Dronov, Urai — "Implementation of Cable Marking Tooling for Cable Splicing"
Certificates of participation were awarded to:
- Sofya Grigorievna Shilenina, Kogalym — "Modernization of the Soldering Process for Lead Wires and Stator Star Connection"
- Vladimir Vladimirovich Mikhersky, Langepas — "Shaft Fixation Tooling for a Support-Free ESP Design"
- Alexey Anatolyevich Antonov, Pokachi — "Development of a Universal Device for Pressure Testing of Cable Extensions"
- Regina Alexandrovna Borisova, Nurlat — "Automatic Notification of Minimum Stock Levels in 1C for Timely Procurement of Spare Parts and Use of Temporary Inventory Storage"
- Kirill Alexandrovich Voronov, Perm — "Development of a Corporate Gamified Crowdsourcing System to Improve Operational Efficiency"
- Evgeny Alexandrovich Gashev, Perm — "Development of a Protective Housing for a Cable Joint (ZKM-XX)"
The competition demonstrated the high level of expertise and preparation of young professionals and served as an excellent platform for exchanging ideas and experience.
