On February 13, 2025, the Company held the anniversary X Competition for Young Employees and Specialists for the Best Scientific and Technical Development, which brought together a record number of participants — 15 contestants from all Service Centers and Branch Offices of the Company.
All projects presented to the jury demonstrated creativity, diversity and a strong focus on improving efficiency in solving practical challenges. Some of the presented developments are already in the implementation stage and have shown positive results from both operational and economic perspectives.
According to the competition results, first place was awarded to Sofya Shilenina from Kogalym, second place to Nikita Mashkin from Moscow, and third place to Rustem Mubarakshin from Nurlat. Other participants who did not place among the winners received incentive awards and certificates in recognition of their innovative ideas and efforts to improve production processes.
