1. Ensure that failures caused by Company-manufactured downhole equipment (ESP systems and PMMs) during the warranty operation period do not exceed 2%.

2. Ensure that failures of downhole equipment caused by the Company during the warranty operation period do not exceed 4%.
- Responsible persons: Deputy General Director for Production; Deputy General Director for Repair and Field Service; Branch Directors; Heads of Service Centers.
3. Organize serial production of complete ESP systems of 2A size specification. Conduct pilot field testing of corrosion-resistant KZ equipment for wells with high gas content (up to 90%).
- Responsible person: Director of the Usinsk Branch.
4. Implement a supplier evaluation and rating system based on key performance indicators.
- Responsible person: Deputy General Director for General Affairs.
5. Ensure full implementation of the Quality Plan for finished product manufacturing at the Permanent Magnet Motor Production Shop.
- Responsible person: Deputy General Director for Production.
