Service Center in Langepas, April 2018
We continue sharing stories about labor dynasties within our team. Today we present the Service Center in Langepas. The Chizhov family dynasty began with the head of the family, Nikolai, who has the longest work experience at the enterprise — 33 years. Nikolai and his wife Tatyana both hold the title 'Labor Veteran of LUKOIL ESP Service LLC'. Loyalty to one company has always been a family value for the Chizhov family, and the example of the parents inspired their son Alexander to continue this tradition. Although his work experience is still shorter than that of the older generation, it nevertheless represents a valuable contribution to the family’s employment history, totaling 76 years with the Company. Over the years at what has become their second home, the Chizhov family developed a strong sense of pride in their workplace and in LUKOIL ESP Service, with which they grew together and to which they devoted their knowledge and efforts.
If your work brings you joy, consider yourself truly fortunate in life. One of these fortunate people works at the Langepas Service Center. Valery Zakharov moved to Langepas from sunny Dushanbe, where he spent 25 years working as a setup specialist for automatic lathes. He has worked at LUKOIL ESP Service for almost 19 years as a Grade 5 lathe operator on a pipe-threading machine. 'My work is very diverse, interesting and engaging. I especially enjoy thread restoration,' says Zakharov. 'I am also happy that I have built warm and friendly relationships with the team.'
Back in 1985, Vladimir Vozzhaev connected his life with our company and has never regretted it. He witnessed the construction of the production site and the changes in approaches to work. Working as an electrician for maintenance and repair of electrical equipment at oil production facilities, Vladimir notes improvements such as faster response to customer requests, better tools and more comfortable personal protective equipment. All of this contributed to his outstanding professional activity, which did not go unnoticed. Vladimir Vozzhaev has repeatedly received Company Certificates of Honor, holds a Letter of Appreciation from the President of LUKOIL Oil Company, a Commendation from the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation, and proudly carries the title of 'Labor Veteran of LUKOIL ESP Service LLC'. In 2017 he was included on the City Honor Board of Langepas.
We have already written about this employee on our website in the article 'Winter Polyathlon' published on April 14, 2018. Let us introduce him once again — Sergey Eremeev, an electrician for maintenance and repair of electrical equipment at oil production facilities. Thanks to his passion for skiing, Sergey is known far beyond his hometown.
The combined work experience of this family within the Company is nearly 57 years. The Balakhontsev family represents continuity between generations and dedication to the Company.
