The Training Center of LLC “ESP Service” was established in 2000. Over the years, more than 12,000 employees have completed training and certification programs here.
The Center provides vocational training, retraining, acquisition of secondary (related) professions, and advanced professional development programs for personnel. Training activities are conducted under a permanent educational license issued by the Education Supervision and Control Service of the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug — Yugra.
Main Objective
The primary objective of the Training Center is to improve the quality of personnel professional training in accordance with the company’s development strategy.
Vocational Training
The Training Center includes a fully equipped classroom with 30 seats. Training is provided for 19 in-demand professions, including:
- maintenance mechanic;
- electrician for repair and maintenance of electrical equipment;
- electric machine winding operator;
- products and tools assembler;
- sandblasting equipment operator;
- slinger and others.
Training classrooms are equipped with stands containing tools and measuring instruments, cable products, and lifting accessories. A sectional electric submersible pump unit and a BLDC motor are used for practical demonstrations and visual training.
Instructors and Training Process
Theoretical training is conducted by engineering and teaching personnel, as well as company specialists with профильное education and extensive practical experience.
Practical industrial training is carried out directly at workplaces under the supervision of masters and experienced mentors.
Training Facilities
The Training Center includes:
- a computer classroom with 6 workstations;
- a technical library containing more than 1,500 publications;
- a training ground for electricians;
- a training area for slingers;
- a site for practicing safe work at height.
Additional Training Programs
In addition to vocational training, the Center provides:
- courses on new equipment and technologies;
- occupational safety training, including work at height;
- first aid courses;
- other specialized training programs.
Certification and Industrial Safety
The Training Center is connected to the Unified Rostekhnadzor Testing Portal for certification of specialists and managers in the field of industrial safety, as such certification is mandatory for the operation of hazardous industrial facilities.
